I’m Mikel-Ann Davis, owner and founder of The Estate Exchange Co. I started this company because I truly care about the people and families behind every sale. I understand that letting go of a home and its belongings can come during some of life’s biggest transitions. Sometimes it’s a move. Sometimes it’s downsizing. Sometimes it’s settling a loved one’s estate. And sometimes, you simply reach a point where it’s time to clear out the clutter and make a fresh start.
